What we collect
If you sign up for the Edinburgh Flat Buyer's Brief, we collect your email address and when you signed up. We use it only to send you the newsletter. We don't sell it or share it with partners or advertisers.
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply. Cloudflare Turnstile helps us block spam; it sends a short verification token with the form.
Who processes it
Newsletter sign-ups are stored and emails are sent by MailerLite, our email service provider, which acts as our data processor. MailerLite may record whether emails are opened or links are clicked.
Contact messages are delivered to us by Cloudflare on the EdinburghEstateAgent.com domain.
Confirming and unsubscribing
After you sign up, we'll send an email asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent until you do. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details are then no longer used for mailings.
Browsing the site
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Search runs in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
